Investment Management Styles

Lasecke Weil Wealth Advisory Group offers three investment styles.

Active portfolio management is a core and explore group of portfolios from conservative to aggressive depending upon the needs of client.

Core and explore employs the use of passive investment tools as the core holding of the portfolio and active managers that have made it through our extensive screening process. These portfolios are designed to harness the wealth creating potential of the global capital markets to deliver superior risk adjusted* and efficient portfolio returns. All driven by individual client needs and goals. These portfolios are designed to be cost efficient, delivering consistent returns employing managers that have demonstrated above market performance.

The second portfolio style is completely passive. This is the least expensive and most efficient portfolio design. The passive portfolio employs the use of index funds, exchange traded funds and similar investment vehicles. The portfolios are extremely tax efficient and have very low costs. We employ seven major asset classes to minimize risk and maximize market rate returns.

The third portfolio style is socially responsible. We employ managers that not only screen for companies that do not have a good social record but select companies whose products or services have an immediate, positive impact on society's major challenges like nutrition, education, medical care, environmental concerns, senior citizen well-being, etc. Decisions are driven by in-house fundamental and quantitative research with input from an Advisory Board of business and academic leaders.
